About Menika
Menika Sellars is a Licensed Insurance Agent for The Medicare Store.
Menika was born in Newark, Ohio and raised there. Her favorite things about where she's from were the proximity to family and the endless amount of events and activities that can be found there.
Menika worked in the Human Resources field for about 20 years. She has held multiple roles in HR from events planning, to HR Generalist, to HR Manager.
She learned lots about benefits and how to work with a variety of personalities from her previous job positions.
Menika chose to join The Medicare Store team because she was looking for a new challenge and was especially excited for the opportunity to work from home and have the freedom that provides.
When Menika is not helping people with Medicare, she is spending time with her husband and five dachshunds. She also enjoys traveling and has been traversing the US as a full time RV'er since the spring of 2018. Her favorite color is teal, favorite food is Chipotle, favorite sports team is the New England Patriots. Menika's favorite place to be in the entire world is Walt Disney World. The person Menika admires most is Ruth Bader Ginsberg because of her strength, tenacity, and the inroads that she paved for women. A motto Menika lives by is Perception is Reality.
