Meet locally

Sit down with a Medicare advisor, face to face.

In our active local markets, you can meet a licensed advisor in person — a real conversation across a real desk, at no cost to you. Most consultations take 30 to 60 minutes.

What to expect

Face-to-face help is part of what makes us different

Plenty of companies will sell you a Medicare plan over the phone in fifteen minutes. Sitting down together is a different experience — here is how the meeting usually goes.

Sit down with a real advisor

You meet face to face with a licensed insurance agent who starts with your life, not a brochure — your doctors, your prescriptions, your budget, and what has you thinking about Medicare.

We review the details together

Side by side, we check that your doctors are in network, your prescriptions are covered, and your pharmacy works with the options in your county. You see the same screens we do.

We compare your real options

Medicare Advantage, a Supplement with a Part D drug plan, or keeping what you have — we lay out what each path means for you, with the trade-offs out in the open.

You decide, and we handle the paperwork

If you are ready, we can complete the enrollment right there in the office. If you want time to think, take it — there is never pressure to decide on the spot.

What we cover

Everything that decides the right Medicare path

We are not trying to make Medicare sound simple by skipping the details. We make it feel simpler because we walk through the details with you.

Good to know

Before your visit

A few practical things people usually ask about meeting in person.

No cost, no obligation

An in-person consultation is free. Plan prices are regulated, so enrolling through us never costs more than going direct — and the meeting never commits you to anything.

Office, community, or home

Most people meet at one of our offices, but in some situations the team can meet in the community or discuss other appointment options. Availability is confirmed during scheduling.

What to bring

Your Medicare card if you have one, a list of your prescriptions, and your doctors' names. Missing something? Come anyway — we can work around it.

Ready when you are

Come sit down with us.

Find the office nearest you and pick a time — or if getting to an office is hard, we can help the same way by phone.
