About Jeremy
Jeremy Weiser is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nuvo Health, with a long-standing record of excellence and leadership in the Medicare industry. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Jeremy relocated to Southern Nevada in the mid-1990s and has proudly called the Las Vegas Valley home ever since.
Jeremy began his insurance career as a licensed insurance agent in 2006. In August 2015, he joined Nuvo Health and quickly distinguished himself as a top performer by making an immediate impact. In just 4 months, he earned the 2015 Top Producer Award for having the most enrollments in Nevada. By 2018, he had personally helped over 1,000 clients with their Medicare plans and transitioned into a leadership role. His experience as a top-producing agent and background as a leader and entrepreneur propelled him rapidly through the ranks—serving as a manager, then director, then Chief Strategy Officer, and ultimately as CEO. In every role, Jeremy brought strategic clarity, deep industry insight, and a talent for inspiring and unifying teams.
Today, Jeremy leads Nuvo Health—a national Field Marketing Organization (FMO) and the parent company of PlanFit, The Medicare Store, and MedicareHub. Collectively, these brands have helped tens of thousands of people across the country navigate Medicare with confidence and secure the benefits they deserve. The company operates on a core promise: to provide all services at no cost to the client, to remain unbiased, and to offer personalized guidance—because the right Medicare plan depends on each person's unique needs and situation.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jeremy is known for his intelligence, humility, and warmth—he's often described as someone who has never met a stranger. He's an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, running, golfing, and competitive swimming.
Jeremy is also a devoted husband and father. He and his beautiful wife, Sarah, are the proud parents of two sons and deeply value their time together as a family. Whether leading a company, helping clients, or mentoring his kids, Jeremy brings heart, excellence, and integrity to everything he does.
