About Crystal
Crystal Shipp is a Licensed Insurance Agent for The Medicare Store. She earned her Insurance license in 2017.
Crystal has more than 30 years of business management experience in a variety of areas such as restaurants, animal hospitals, and medical practices. While working as an Operations Manager for a busy medical practice which specialized in endocrinology, diabetes, and weight management, she saw seniors and clients with disabilities struggle to understand their Medicare benefits and how it affected their care and oftentimes their limited income.
Due to her background in training and passion for educating, Crystal felt she could have a positive impact on assisting these individuals in navigating their benefits. So, when the opportunity presented itself with The Medicare Store, Crystal felt this was her “in” to assist these types of clients with all of their Medicare benefit needs.
Crystal was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She and her husband have been married since 1996 and they have four crazy "pups" that keep them on their toes day in and day out. Crystal is a certified dog trainer, fused glass artisan, and loves dabbling in pet photography in her free time. She enjoys connecting with people through laughter, compassion, and their fur babies.
Crystal's passion for life, great sense of humor, and her sincere desire to help people make her a wonderful Medicare insurance agent. She advocates for her clients to make sure they're getting the benefits they deserve.
