Senior Care Plus 2027 Client Information Meetings

You are a client of The Medicare Store and you have Senior Care Plus. If you have not already heard, Senior Care Plus is becoming Kaiser Permanente, but they can't move you to the new plans offered by Kaiser. If you don't enroll in a new plan, you won't have a Medicare Advantage plan in 2027.

You probably have a million questions, and we want to answer them and help you get through this transition, so we are hosting multiple in-person client meetings just for our clients to explain what's happening and help you decide what you should do next.

You have two options:

• Option 1: Enroll in a Kaiser Permanente Medicare plan
• Option 2: Review and choose a different Medicare plan

At the meeting, our licensed insurance agents will explain exactly what is happening, what it means for you, and what your options are.

If you want to continue having access to Renown providers and facilities, the new Kaiser Permanente Medicare plan may be an option.

If you already know you want to enroll in a Kaiser plan for 2027, you don't need to attend a meeting. Kaiser is helping us transition you from Senior Care Plus to Kaiser, so if you've already decided to join Kaiser, you can call 1-877-585-7302 to enroll after October 15th. Kaiser will protect your relationship with The Medicare Store and help you enroll in your new plan.
